How to change default ONVIF, RTSP and RTSP over HTTP port fast and easy?

By default ITVDesk uses ONVIF port 7000 for the first virtual IP Onvif Camera device, each new ip camera will use incremental port number 7001,7002,7003... On create new virtual IP ONVIF Camera ITVDesk will be check if new onvif port is free or not.

By default for RTSP port is: 554
