Hide, Invisable and Visable ITVDesk mode

ITVDesk have three type of startup mode:
1. Hide Eventhink - Invisable mode (App is total invisable on startup)
2. Hide ad Notification Tray Icon
3. Visable - Normal open app
Hide Eventhink - Invisable mode mode ITVDesk icon will not appear in system Tray.
To open ITVDesk Window and Linux user should use hotkey combination Ctrl+Alt+i
for OSX Mac user will be use: Option+Command+i
Hidden/Show HotKey is enable by default, it could be disable in Setting tab.
