VMS/NVR can't detect ITVDesk or live video from ITVDesk is not coming

- Ensure that VMS/NVR supports the ONVIF protocol and that ITVdesk is added there as the ONVIF IP camera.
- Tray ITVDesk change ONVIF and RTSP Port
- Ensure that the network traffic between ITVdesk and VMS/NVR is not blocked. Temporarily switch off all antiviruses, firewalls and Ad-Aware software on both the ITVdesk PC and VMS PC.
- Tray click Factory default and create new IP Camera
- Read Rtsp and ONVIF error log.
- Create a helpdesk ticket if nothing above helps.
